At Pear IT we employ the project management methodology in our website development process. We have, through our experience and training learnt that project management methodologies not only help us in developing a robust website but also ensure that the end product meets the customers requirements exactly.

Consultative Approach

We take an inclusive and consultative approach to web development. All our website development projects involve a lot of input and consultation with the customer at every stage. The consultation starts very early in our website development process. When the customer first contacts us, they are put through to one of our project managers who will take great care in understanding the requirements. We make sure that we understand their business, business model and what exactly they require from their website design and development.

Once we have understood the customers’ needs and expectations for their website, we then present a proposal built around our understanding. This proposal includes the functionality and design that is offered to the customer as well as a fixed price for the website development. This proposal is just a mode of detailing the end product and is modified if new requirements are highlighted during the proposal stage.

Once the project price and features are agreed, we then develop a visual mock up of how the website will look like from the descriptions you may have given us. At this point we may be going back and forth to fine tune the layout, colour scheme and the entire design as we know how important this can be to our customers. You can spend as much time as you need to fine tune your design and layout without any pressure from us. Once we have finalised and agreed on the design of the website we will start the web development. At this point you are 100% certain of your layout and design as you will have images of how your site will look like and no more changes will be required. This process allows our customers to reach a website design that meets their requirements and expectations perfectly even before we start our web development.

The next step is our development process is to convert the design created in the previous website development step into a working design. This includes the animation, the mouse-over and other graphical effects the homepage will have. The customers’ feedback is considered and the miner changes to the website design are made until the customer is completely satisfied.

On completion of the programming stage, the website is presented to the customer. We discuss the functionality and information that has been included in the website development and confirm that it meets the customers’ requirements. Based on the customers’ feedback we implement any changes if any that may be required.

The last (but a very integral part of our web development process) stage of the website design and website developer process is testing. The functionality and the programming code are thoroughly tested for robustness and uniformity.

Once our testers are happy, the website is implemented and made live. However, our quality process does not stop here. We then provide a 90 day warranty for any bugs or errors that may surface in our programming code.
